Having worked in the cell phone industry for many years I have a true love for cell phones. I worked with a CDMA carrier though, and didn’t really get to enjoy the fun of having a GSM phone. I’m sure this all sounds like techno babble for anyone not familiar with cell phones but essentially what it means is that on a CDMA carrier like Sprint or Bell Mobility in Canada you can have one phone on your account at a time and that phone only works with that carrier and no one else.

The beautiful thing about a GSM cellphone is that it uses what is called a SIM card and you can change your phone like you change your purses. For work you can carry a beautiful Blackberry and stay on top of emails then swap out the sim card into a small Motorola Krzr that you can easily and lightly carry in any purse or pocket when you are out running errands. An Unlocked GSM cell phone also means that if you are unhappy with your provider you can change to any other GSM provider. You typically pay a little more for these phones but no contracts, no commitments and you can leave when you are unhappy and keep the same phone!

A great site I’ve found while searching for some different wines was Robert’s Fine Wines.

I’m the first to admit that I know very little about wine, other than what I like and don’t like and I’m always open to trying new wines and tastes.  They have a very eclectic collection from what I can see and provide lots of information about each wine, right down to what estate made the wine, including information on that estate.  There are great prices and selections and sure to be something for anyone there.  I’m particularily fond of the Chateau Moyeau Rose from 2007.

I’ve never really thought of a trunk organizers before I saw it on Sunnyday Enterprises’ website.

When I go shopping I’m always having to dig out my reusable shopping bags from the back of the trunk with the snow brush or when I break hard I hear the windshield washer bottles slam against the back seat and this product has been great for keeping everything close and from flying around loose in the back of my trunk.
